In Leeds, UK and I'm with Demon.net - currently at 2.2Mbps but upgrading in a couple of months (free) to around 6.5Mbps. Price: £19.99 ($38 ?) with unlimited download, no FUP, no streamlining or whatever you call it - you know when speeds are reduced during peak hours? After upgrade we might have a FUP but I doubt it will impact me.
Bethere will be 24Mbps in February and cable (NT Hell) can do 10Mbps atm.

I hate you all (except R3v4n).
In Australia the fastest you can get, unless you live in inner city Melbourne/Sydney (maybe 1 or 2 other cities, I'm not sure), is 1.5Mbs/256kbs, and that costs me $70 AU per month, and is quite rare, and has a 10gig DL limit.
To make things even better, the major telco just scrapped plans to put in better cables that would allow faster internet, so we're stuck at current speeds for the next decade or so.

I use Comcrap out of Dallas. It's great when it works. It's supposedly 6Mbps down, 600kbps up but I have pulled as high as 9Mbps Down and 900kps up.
It would be wonderful if it had an SLA of 80% uptime in the contract and the service desk people weren't a bunch of stupid cocksucking ******s.
