I know this has probably been said before, but that thing is friggin hard! I'm just intrigued if anyone in this entire game has the ribbon - if you do, post here - I just wanna see it. I don't expect how EA expects you to get a 3:1 ratio...you might be one of the top 100 players in the world, but if your team sucks you're still pretty much screwed.
SERIOUSLY. The ribbon depends on your team, not you. I doubt anyone has it. I've seen VERY few people with a 3:1 win ratio (very low too, like 3.0 or 3.1), and those that have it are a LOOONG way away from the commander time requirement.
I would imagine the reason most people don't have the ribbon is because they don't try to/realize/care about the ribbon until after they've been playin' for awhile.
If you started off with the mindset of getting that ribbon to begin with, you'd be more successful as you're not trying to get a 3:1 ratio once your wins/losses are in the triple digits.

While I agree it's possible as shown, It would be nice if you didn't have to team switch, considering everyone does this and stacks teams, makes for some asshole games. Never fails joining a server with 5 more people on one team and all high ranks. While i'm sure it's not fair to other's it should be slightly less w/l imo

I read Cougars post and I agree with him - I know its the hardest ribbon to get and it takes hard work. Congrats to him for getting it. My only problem is, if it's supposed to be a Commander ribbon, it should only count your commander win/loss ratio. Why should I be penalized when a guy with higher rank than me gets commander, and does horribly with it, you know? Or especially when I'm playing Karkand/Sharqi, and my entire team is busy trying to get the helo/armor/hotel. I mean, it'd be nice to teamswitch in a situation like that, but most of the time I just get thrown back onto my original side, with an added -2 score for suiciding (even if I'm already dead when I switch).

The only real hard part in obtaining any award is that you need luck to join the winning team (directly after joining a server!), that your teammates are no smacktards while the enemies are.
Then you only have to be in the right place at the time.
