I like around 32 size, though the small ones are nice since it's long and there's tons of points for all.
32+ with the map size at most the max player limit.
eg. 64 on 16 (damn fun but damn quick)
64 on 32 (similar size maps to 64 just with less vehicles)
64 on 64 (most played)
32 on 32
32 on 16

I love the RubberDucky #2 server. It's a 64 man ranked server on a 16 slot sized map. Tons of action.
32, you should have made a poll..
Everything except anything on a 16 player map.
I need around tree fiddy.
32.

Wouldn't mind 36C as long as they're not saggy.
Usaully 24-40 size, i'd like to play on 64 size but my PC cant cope with it.
40 - 50. 64 man just has too much going on, and the rounds are too quick. All I do is spawn die, spawn die, spawn die...it gets old.
Plus, I'm a vehicle whore...and there's not a chance of prying a pilot position away from n00bs in a 64man server.

16 slots on 16 player maps - most teamwork involved and more influence of yourself and your clanmembers in the outcoming of the game.
64 players is a lot of action, but unorganized like shit and mostly played by retards who just want to rack up points or their incredible worthy badges.

You like it big, huh?36dd

Agreed bigger servers should have more tickets as the rounds go to quick ,and then the fun is overcl4u53w1t2 wrote:
i always played bf42 and bfv on servers that had more than 40 slots. in bf2 i nearly always played on 32 player servers. but since a few days, i tried all the 64 player servers again and i think it is at least the same fun as are the smaller servers.
in my opinion, this size is the way bf2 is (and bf42 and bfv are) meant to be played. the only disadvantage of these larger servers is that the rounds do not last long enough. they should have 400 vs. 450 tickets or something like that.
i would like to know which size of servers u play.
Rubberducky has a new server online

Map size: always big, i hate small and medium maps.
Population: 30/40 on special forces and vanilla city maps, 40/50 on big maps like FuShe or Daqing.
64 with a 50 cap. its not too much, not to little.
I've been playing on 20 person servers while I improve my chopper skills enough to own in big games. As it is, I do enjoy a good ground pounding on 64 person servers.
52-64, i need people to rape on the carrier
64 player maps with about 15-20 people in em and a 24 player max... that way i usually have no problems getting choppers/planes, there is not as much lag... and all the extra adrenaline you get in 64 player games wont put me on a fast-track to a heart condition.. used to play only 64 player games but the lag is just ridiculous and i hate having to wait for rides and gettin tked just because some jerkoff is tired of waiting for a chopper
32 players optimally. A lower number is fine.
Anything past 40 is too chaotic; I'll find a nice corner to snipe or fire rockets from.

40-50 is usually pretty good on Wake.
