Im wondering, the site says that its not needed for any rank is this correct?(That would make it kinda pointless)

also whats the best way to get it? Ive tried base camping and i got like 7 kills with explosives but i cant get to 13. any help would be great.

thanx guys. i never really like the suscide thing (kinda Cheap) but if thats what it takes.

anyword on weather u need it to get the upper ranks? like i said it says its not required but all the other badges are so i just wanted to check.
