With the sniper kit, nine of them. But none of them have realistic scores as you'd expect - 1 or 0 kills each. How sad is that?
The most accurate player in the world appears to be Pixelated-AGE-, with over 4,000 kills and he's maitained an accuracy of 73% which is unbeliebable (not in the 'I don't buy it' sense).
If you go to Statpadder.com, click on the link for overall rankings on the first page then use the popup menu to get to the sniper-rifle rankings, then click on Acc. and it'll sort the list.

My accuracy is awful, like most everyone else's.
Pixelated-AGE- is the closest I can remember.

yeah i'm trying to get mine up, i just started paying attention to it a couple weeks ago ( i used to randomly shoot and stuff... ) now i conserve ammo and try to remember to only shoot when i know i'll hit, its gone up quite a bit

It used to always be that as I got better my accuracy improved. Now my accuracy is slowly declining but it is in part due to better playing. I have found that shooting fast is more important than shooting accurately to a certain extent. I will sometimes miss 10 consecutive shots while trying to hit a sliver of someones head that I see skylining if I don't think they see me plinking away. I used to not bother with these shots because they are hard to get efficiently. I also do a lot more reflexive spraying that sometimes saves me but sometimes wastes ammo. I also waste a lot of shots shooting at people that are "out of range" With the m16, I will literally shoot at anything I see no matter how insanely far away. The reason being is that even though my accuracy at these ranges is something like 5%, it is amazing how often you can land kill shots even if it takes a minute. My sniper accurcay has also fallen a couple percent because I have stopped almost ever sitting still while sniping. I like choosing the l96 or m24. I then pop up from behind cover and take all of my shots WHILE moving. I miss a lot more often but even 33% accuracy would mean hitting a lot of targets, and if you are moving you are almost impossible to hit for most snipers. My sniper kill:death ratio is far from great right now, but using these tactics I have been getting 5.0-10.0 ratios with my rifle and my kill:death has been improving visibly with almost every match I go sniper. I've also been getting these very high ratios using the same wasteful shooting strategies with the assault rifles. The idea is simply that you are producing more opportunities for them to die, while minimizing the opportunities they have to actually hit you. So while most people round a corner, smack prone, then start shooting at me from a stationary position, even at point blank, I will will round the corner, and while running, I will just start spraying at you constantly while more or less trying to run a circle around you. The advantage you have when playing this way is immense.
