I searched and couldn't find anything. Also, suprisingly enough, I searched it on Google and couldn't find it either! Does anybody still remeber them. I just want to know how many points I need to get to my next rank. The one after sergeant major.

It was 200k for 2nd lt, I believe.
Yep, I do believe it's 200,000 for 2nd lietuenant. And we're talking about patch 1.12 here....

The rank after Sergeant Major is 2nd Lt. and that is at 200,000 points so you got alittle way to go lol.
i remember that. 1000 hours is crazy for one kit alone...ea seriously has half a brain. just think of the first rank requirements. wasn't it 1,000,000 for SMOTMC (highest rank at time?)

i think they should't ever have changed the ranks cause i remember when they did and everyone on the server was like a gunnery sergent. And they were all n00bs.

yeah...everything was the same i belive, except for the 150k gap between Sgt. Maj. and 2nd LT....there were only 20 2nd LT before the next patch if i remember right...lol.
if you want to get 2nd Lt the old school way, make sure not to get a single point on 1.4, cuz you will be instantly and forever promoted. oh, i wanted to bring this up. for one reason or another, anyone above the top rank 2nd Lt in patch 1.12 becomes 4 ranks higher in that little rank icon at the scoreboard. apparently, the new 1.2 ranks were in the code, but unimplemented. so, my rank as captain turns into a brig (one star) general, and a lt. col turns into a lt. (3 star gen) etc. no big thing really, but its fun to feel like im a general
i remember also 2nd lieutenant being 2,000,000 in 1.00 but when they saw, nobody would ever play that much, they changed it. and later on, they changed it again, adding more ranks
