Hey guys, I have one quick question and one quick link to share.

First up, I noticed that Apple released a new iTunes version along with movies and higher quality tv shows. I think this is great, but I have bought a lot of content from them and was wondering if anyone knows if they'll let us "upgrade" our tv shows to the higher quality. I'm thinking they probably won't directly allow it, at least not at first, so a way to circumvent this is to email them and tell them that I lost all my music and would like to redownload my stuff. I've heard they let you do it sometimes. Anyone know any details on this?

Edit: So I finally found some other posts floating around in other forums. Best solution is to email apple and tell them you lost your music to an HD crash or something. They'll give you a chance to re-download your archive once. Gonna try that and see how it goes.

Second, if you've bought songs from iTunes Music Store and don't particularly like the DRM restrictions, hit up this site -myFairTunes6- and check out this nice piece of software they have.

Ok that is all, enjoy.

I thought that, but its true!!! Cant adjust volume in itunes 7, it reformats ipod nano's, looks pretty though, but this of course means its a cpu-killer and ram filler. I farted.

Works fine for me so far. I do notice some slugishness but it's fine for now.

And yes, I actually buy music, but more importantly I buy TV shows. I live in Mex and don't get some of the cool tv shows until later on. DVD's are also released here much later. $1.99 is a small price to pay to be able to watch the show the day after it airs. Not that different pricing than buying the DVD's later on. And with the new high res content, it's perfect.
