I searched for "BF2" on Ebay and found a few players want to sell their accounts. lol

I picked one out

From a few other forum topics I'm certain that if you sell your account it more than likely be reset or even worse they will ban the cd key. Only a loser would buy an account like that any way.

please. anyone who PAYS MONEY for an account (a colonel, no less) is not playing "for fun and not rank or stats."

Take the case of someone who is bored of the game and has spent an amount of hours on the game. He has a high rank and good stats.. and maybe he can get $100 for it. So why is it loser to get money after choosing not to play the game anymore (no more time, fun, etc)

BUT, its loser to buy it, not sell it.

I'm pretty sure it's against the law to sell it. Anyone who's played an MMORPG knows this. Selling any ingame items is against the terms you agree to when you sign up (I believe accounts are also protected). I'm sure it applies to non MMORPG games aswel.

Its pretty funny selling accounts...
I've bought several under value, then padded points, badges and ranks... And Sold for higher prices.
You know it's funny that someone pays 100 $ for an account that has statpadded points... ;o)
Just recently I sold a First Sergeant, 20100 points, with a copy of bf2 and armored fury... Earned myself 120 euros.

There are enough idiots out there... And when 2142 comes out... Account trading is gonna start big time.

against the "laws" of the ROE or EA's laws... what can they do to me ? If the name is kept secret I dont think they will make the effort of finding it and reset the account...
