So I'm starting to get the hang of the timing for bombing.  I haven't dared use a plane online yet, so I don't know how my dogfighting skills are... but I think I'm starting to get the hang of bombing!  I actually hit a target with 1 of my 2 bombs today!  I practice on single player (well, create a server so no pesky AI) and I was bombing a stationary plane with my bomber, and hit it once.  It's a big accomplishment.  I landed the plane about 66% of the time that I tried to land it, and I can fly it just fine...

But does anyone have tips/videos/flying lessons that they can give me?

Take a guess about when to drop 'em, depending on your speed, etc at a flat elevation.

Now drop them a few seconds before that. That's what I do, it works.


But if you just can't hit your target try diving striaght down, that way your bombs go down as well, but then you gotta pull up before you hit the ground and take splash.

I DLed that yesterday but haven't watched it yet.

Good idea about dive-bombing, couldn't think of that myself.  I'll try it out.
