if on my PC there is two accounts (which there is) and i delete one will all the stuff saved through that account be deleted as well and if not where can i get the stuff back from

Go to retrieve accounts and type in your email + password ( Or one of them )
yes, it will be deleted if you delete the acount. Put the files you want in a folder directly on the C: drive or use the files and settings transfer wizard.

I think you got the wrong end of the stick: i mean on windows as in the logins not BF2 lol

That's what I was talking about. Windows, not BF2. Get all the stuff you want to save and take it off the desktop/Mydocs folder of the user you want to delete.
