Your ISP assigns you a dynamic IP address...so reboot your router (sometimes works) if not,
open a comand prompt. Start-->Run type CMD and hit enter
then type:press enter and note what IP you currently have.
then type:press enter
then type:press enter
then type:to verify you have a new IP

I work for a DSL ISP and our DHCP system works off your MAC address (like most providers) and will usually assign the same IP address even if its released and renewed. My advice would be to try it first, but if that didn't work, get yourself a new network card if you really really want a new IP.
new network drivers can help or reinstall it???
No the MAC address is the physical address of the network card. It can't be changed.

Use another browser and you have nothing to worry about.
Firefox? Mozilla? Opera, Nutscrape? any of them...

Just some insight...to those who don't know. There aren't enough IP addresses to lease out in the world. ISP's hope assume that not everyone in the world will be online at the same time so they have to lease out IP's randomly that they have in their blocks of numbers. If you were to shut your router off for a day or two, I can almost garauntee that the next time you powered it up, they would have re-leased out your old IP and give you a new one. Just depends on how many customers they have compaired to how many IP's they actually "own".

Indeed. According to Cisco were it not for IP4, IP addresses would have run out about 5 years ago. (NAT and PAT has sort of slowed down that trend for the moment.) I do believe that IP6 is currently under development (unless its out there already) - i did my CCNA about 4 years ago - and havent touched it since. Routers suck arse. They are the most finiky and annoying devices in existance.
