Recently the office of the company i work for moved and as such was given two days to work from home. My problem is staying focused? What are some tips from those of you who work from home for staying focused?
Firstly get off bf2s.com and go do some work !
set a schedule
I couldn’t do it. I have no discipline, that’s it! Discipline!

The more work you do, the more u treat urself playing bf2!!!!
try to get the work done as soon as you can, that way you can move on to other things and use all the spare time you got for whatever you want.
hour of work followed by 2 hours of bf2.
it's the perfect schedual!

None of the advice so far is worth anything. Truth is, there is no advice to give here. Either you are part of the small percentage of people that have no problem working where they relax on the go, or you're not (the latter category can be split into 2 groups again: the ones who can get used to working at home after a considerable amount of time, and the ones who'll never get used to it).
If you ask me your boss is an idiot. You can't just send an employee to work at home if he's not used to that. Not just anyone can work efficiently in the same place they use to relax, certainly not if they're not given the proper time to build up the necessary discipline.
He should have given you 2 days off that's what he should have done. And I'm being serious here.

Have you got someone else who lives with you? Be it a wife, girlfiend even a child. Just get them to hold onto your bf2 disc. Then they can come and give ti to you after youve been working for the day. This is what my dad used to do to me. It works.
Unplug your internet

Unplug the TV, get your self banned from bf2s.com and unistall BF2... That should help you stay some what focused..
getting my mum to check in on me every 10 minutes. at least it stops me from playing
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
I find that if I get focused on my work as soon as possible in the mornings it helps a lot. I usually start my pc and get my work stuff ready, drink a coffee while reading the forum/email/stuff, then get into it. I also keep a work log with a list of objectives I want to achieve for each day and I think this helps me follow through.
In my case at least, the earlier I start the better, usually around 6/7am. Normal days by 1/2pm I have usually lost interest/concentration but if I have deadlines to meet I will work through the evening taking breaks every now and then.
The hardest part is getting used to your new routine. ( and people interrupting you )
