I'm at work right now, my manager's trying to use a SanDisk Cruzer Micro USB Flas Drive and we can't figure out how to actually use it. She's using a Sony Vaio laptop and I don't know too much about laptops so I'm not too much help. I went into Device Manager myself and it shows that it's connected properly and stuff but we just can't access it to put stuff on it or take stuff off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You dont need any drivers for it. Win XP will auto detect it. just plug it in. if this is the first time you are accessing it you might have to format it... now if you have used it before and it does not detect now, just leave it in the PC (USB port) and restart the laptop. Thats it!
