My problem is that I have more than enough points to get to seargent. But everytime I play, I'm still stuck as corporal. Got any ideas on how to solve this problem?

"Every time I play" as in everytime in the last hour or the last week ? It took me a while to get 3 ranks that I couldnt get until I installed the latest patch -do you have v1.12 yet ?
