****SOLVED****
Don't laugh but I finally figured out that you NEED to enable the "internet" by setting it to 1 instead of 0. I guess it goes online to find your weapons. Once i enabled that on my linux server all was good, bots were there and weapons unlocks. YAHOO!! Now if only i could increase the map size to 32 in coop mode. Any suggestions??

well now i'm getting a segmentation fault core dumped error. i'm able to restart the server but it seems that after the 1st level is played i get that crash error. any suggestions? thx ahead of time.
