Sorry, dude, seriously, if you can't remember your password to access your Gamespy Account (that is, your Gaming account) you're done. Nothing to do about it. One thing is your EA account, and a different thing is your "in-game" account, let's say the one with your BF2Nickname. The only way to log into that account (or retrieving it) is providing the password. You can get other things like your PB ID (Punkbuster ID), or the email associated to your Nickname, but all of this is done from the "console" while in-playing, so anyways you need to provide the password to get in, and then log into a map, and already while playing, you can retrieve info. If you don't remember your password you're doomed. Nevertheless there's a Console Command to get your password, but you need to be logged in, and in real-time playing coz you type it from the console, and is :
localProfile:setPassword (you must type it exactly as shown), but most of the times never provides you the password. The command is for real, but you have to be logged in, as I said, and anyways that is precisely what you can't do, right?
The Console Command for retrieving your email from the console is :
localProfile.setEmail (typed exactly as shown it provides the email associated to that BF2 Nickname).
Good luck with that one!
Semper Fi!
