Well I must say once I was enjoying a owning trip with my PKM, and suddenly UAV tells me that there is a man hiding. One easy kill for me. Then I jump in and prone and I get a fricking grenade in my head which kills me. WTF. He was lying there with a grenade. HTF can that be okay to put such a thing in a video game.
I know it is old. It must have been hilarious for him. How can programmers do a thing like that.

I find it very odd. You could in any second get killed. A lot of people uses the trick that i did, when you discover a hidden enemy. I think he was just waiting to put a grenade in my head. But still it is his choice.

It happened to me 2 or 3 times in all the 800 hours playing. I died and killed that way.

I have hold a nade before and it can not fuc king kill a man. Does not match to well with the fact that you need to fire 2 pistol shots to the head.

Of all the things you could complain about being unrealistic, that's what you chose?

I don't see you making any threads about how it's unrealistic that medics have revived you after being stabbed, shot, or blown up with their magic defibrillators. Or how you, as support, have every single type of ammunition known to man in that little ammo pack of yours, not to mention enough of it in one bag to fully reload jets, helicopters, tanks, and even soldiers.

But no, no, you're right. This game isn't meant to be fun, it's meant to be a realistic wartime simulation.

How else are we supposed to get Smoke Grenade kills? Exactly. I'm sure i'd be quite dazed if anything if someone threw a smoke grenade at my face. Usually you only die from stuff like that if you have low health.

So:

In real life, if i got shot but was barely alive (like 1 bar left in game)
Then someone threw a Smoke Nade right at my face, chances are that'll finish me off. So, it's not that unrealistic at all. Sort of....almost.

You die by a baseball if you hit the right spot at the right time on the body. For example close to the heart. There is this wave that's called T-wave or something and if you hit at the right instant your heart will stop beating. And this have happened in some school games where the pitcher(I think anyway it's the one who throw it) have killed the one who where suposed to hit the ball.

So a grenade can do the exact same thing on a soldier. Live with it.
