He will definitely get his stats and player revoked for impersonating an employee of EA.

The enlarged font is an indicator that he altered his client.
Basically he violated the TOS/TOU.  No EA employee would do that just to bark orders and abuse power.

i've seen this font used recently too, was really annoying as it sort of distracts as it pops up on the screen, quite a bit larger than regular, and come to think of it, the guy i saw (different name, cannot remember it now) was a dickhead too...mabye its a new clan of asshats...wonderful...

Well it’s not serious but I would report that asshat on principal alone. I can't stand these jerks who hide behind their computers impersonating someone else. They have some social issues that need to be worked out. Probably got picked on to much in school, get a therapist you little twerp!
