Rumor has it that gamestop is gonna let you preorder the PS3/Wii this week for $50 bucks. There's a slight catch though, those $50 bucks can't be cash or store credit. They will only take trade-ins of used games for credit. At $5 bucks a game, that's a heck of a lot of used games for a PS3 on release day. If this is true, F*** you gamestop.

Yeah, Gamestop gives you 25% of what they sell it for. So if you go trade in a game like Metal Gear 2, which is like $10 used, you'll only get $2.50 for it. It's really not worth it unless you truly never ever will play those games again. I traded in my old PS and all of the games for it a while ago and only didn't even get $50 for it. And I had about 20 games.
