Are you looking for a motherboard that supports both AGP and PCI-E? If so, check out ASRock's website.
I think it's called the DUAL-VSTA and they do one for AMD and one for INTEL.

I don't think I can help you then. Best bet would be to look on mobo manufacturer's websites and see what they have to offer. I've got a feeling MSI do one.
Dude the ASRock board can use an EXPANSION card that costs not to much, that will use the slot just under your processor socket to run a AM2 socket processor. I Have the same board running the same processor. With the expansion card. Contact ASRock for details on the expansion card for the processor. It really does work. Ive had Zero issues useing Both 939 and AM2 processors Plus the fact I Use AGP and PCIExpress Vidio cards, AND I can Use both at the same time if i choose too giving Quad monitor support.

Might not be an expensive board, But for the functionality and upgradeability, you cant beat it. Ill give you a link to a message board with Over 50 pages of posts on the board. Its a very helpful site. One thing that would probably be a good idea if the board is a bit quirky first try would be a bios update through the Program provided with the motherboard. But as i remember now, the board comes with an up to date bios.
Best thing about the board is, the PCIExpress To AGP Bridge is done with a Chip(Sort of mini Processor) Which makes it able to use Almost Any 8X AGP card on the market. Only thing the board cant use is the Old Style AGP cards. The Processor expansion card was just sheer genius on there part.
Heres the link to the posts on the overclockers.com site enjoy.
