I need both Helicopter ribbons!

I was wondering if I can get both in a single SF game?

                                                    (( For Example))

-->  first 19 kills (= first ribbon)  +  3 more kills = 22 kills total (= second ribbon)  <--

Or do I have to get 19 kills in vanilla BF2 for the one , then 22 kills in a new SF game for the other?

Im not sure, I got my ribbon in vanilla but havent tried to get it on SF.  But cant help you sry.

Also,  I have been trying like hell to get these piloting the attack choppers (cobras and such - no blackhawks).
Is this the only way to do it ?  or can I fly in the gunner spot ?  and/or could I gun from a blackhawk?

Jets come easy after BF1942 and the Coral Sea...

Helicopters are still a skill I am tweaking...

you CAN get the ribbon from the gunner seat in the attack chopper, that I am sure of.  I am a poor pilot, but not a bad gunner.  I got the helo ribbon, and my pilot got the crew service ribbon.

You can earn both ribbons in SF. Watch player timsta333 he was gunner while I were flying.

Go figure...I actually got that BF2 ribbon just today (1 day after I posted this initially)... All as the pilot in the Hind on Iron Gator... and just ONE freakin' point away from both ribbons!!  (21 kills ~)

I almost had 'em both!

I would like to take 100% credit for every1 calling the original; "vanilla" bf2, as I believe, (and will strongly oppose any1 who thinks differently) that I called it that, first.

Yes. Any award from BF2 can be earned in SF. SF awards can NOT be earned in BF2.

Interesting that I got my air defense ribbon while sitting an AA battery and directing artillery as commander.  My arty kills counted as the AA kills.  Wonder if one sits in a chopper as a passenger or pilot in a map that the Blackhawk or Russian counterpart is not often used if one can get the ribbons as well...
