So I got AF and EF on my original computer, but i just got a new hard drive and was basically starting from scratch yesterday. I downloaded it again, and got the mods off ok, but then for reasons I won't go into here I had to basically reinstall my system from scratch again. This time, I can get the downloader down but when I try to open it right after I install, It says
