As mentioned before, the video would be better without bunnyhopping.
At one point, I see you turn around a corner, shoot and jump, repeat. Would it be so difficult just to scoot back around the corner while reloading? That would decrease your chance of getting hit to 0%.
What is so difficult about using the shotgun? Point, click, get kill, repeat. If you have to use more than two shots, you are either too far away, or have a bad aim.

Jalalabad and karkand is generally close quarters, prime place for shotguns. Do the same on an open map, ambush enemies, etc... Then you will earn more respect.
