My download cap is stretched to the limit every month, does anyone know how much I am downloading per hour played? I'm still a noob so I am not playing hours and hours but I think it might be enough to do some damage.

yeah, download limits suck. There is no reason for them other than to rip you off for more money. find a real ISP that doesn't have them.
I have limits but they're stupidly high so they never get used.

I have ADSL 2, 24Mbits. The download limit is 40gb but is shared between two people. Changing ISP not an option at the moment tho, but at least it is capped and not shaped. Maybe I will just have to limit the porn downloads!!!! (No that's crazy talk)
