If you need help with something, many of us are more than willing to help. BUT you have to post correctly to. Sometimes if you just search your problem a little bit on google you can find what you need, without annoying the forum by asking silly questions. If you still need help post the entire problem, what you have already tried to fix it, and all the exact symptoms. If it is a tech problem, sixshot made a great guide to posting tech help here, so read that and follow his advice first.
To solve your problem:
1. Define problem as much as possible
2. Search for answer in the vast expanses of teh intranets
3. Make post with a descriptive title, exact problems, system specs, any new software you recently installed, firewall information, av information, what you have already tried, and anything that could be pertinent.
Posting things with titles like "PLZ HELP!!!!" and a starting post of "zomg my sound just stopped working!!!!!! plz help!!!!! karmazorz!!!!!!!" won't get you anywhere, so take teh time to make an appropriate post please to stop wasting your time and ours.
On the flip side, it seems to me like this forum is getting a lot less helpful. If someone has stated their problem well, try to answer with something, even if you don't think it's right it could help them get on the right track. I'm sure everyone here has needed help with something before, probably even gone to the forums with something, and you'd want people to help you out.
