I think most of us have had this happen. This was while I was on a claymore/mr-444/svd rampage at Karkand, immediately after I hit the dirt and pumped pistol shots into a specops guy's face. The one-minute part didn't seem to work, as I rejoined immediately and continued to "hack" unobstructed.

heh, some due was screaming at me for the exact same reason except he was a medic. iwas in a little valley and he hid right behind a rock and popped out while I was reloading so i pulled the pistol and shot him in the face cause that was only part showing. I killed him and in no time flat i it was "Pope86 you dumb shit hacker." you probably suck ass without hack don't you."

I do have to say it was pure luck that my shots nailed him in the face, cause that was one of the few times i've used the pistol.
