I know the main file is jpg Im looking in to as if I can just coppy

Yeap u can use ether paint or photoshop when u done save it as bmp ( not as jpg like I mentioned above ) download the program from above and upload it using a program ( this way u dont mess around with nothing and progy will doit for you )
