I think I like to lone wolf, but I like to go for goals, like flag capturing, not just point whoring.

yeah you want me to follow that noob volx because he bunnyhops worse than bugs bunny.. or you want me to follow ta. fartstorm because he commander whores like a noob. or be a tankwhore like ecr.rc.
i can tear those top ten fools singlehandedly.. i seen them play, all they do is exploit the combat system.. they make me laugh. none of those top 10 are a worthy match against me.
U are pathetic
I don't think all officers are bad. Me myself (2k points away from 1st Lt...) don't whore armor all the time. I like to play all the kits. I think following around a better player helps. I play in the BROS server ALL THE TIME, so I follow RC in his APC's and Pattywagon in his tanks, and learn little ways to escape missiles and stuff...it's a good idea...although you have to get better in a jet on your own...
P.S. - RC told me, that the dude made a mistake, he said, he's an APC whore, not a tank whore. He said get it right.

I've had very different experiences with high ranked players (Colonels or Generals).
The vast majority of them can be included in 2 different categories.
Some are just teamkilling whores and basically suck at everything, except their fav vehicle.
Others really own everything, no matter the vehicle/weapon/kit they are using.
A very small percentage of them is a "normal" average player.

Don't listen to those grunts or line officers - ipwneverything
It's kinda funny to read this post since it seems I usually get a lot of players joining my squad or hanging with me - I appreciate some of the hard earned props. The best thing is they tend to be medics and keep me alive and I score higher
Kaboom.

Baby, your certainly a good overall player... however as far as pure infantry skill goes, I wasn't too impressed with you back when we played eachother on straferight a while ago. You should play with me on the same server again ...
We can go play somewhere.
Im almost Col. and I have followers....
I cap flags, and get to the enemies main other than that...

I got so pissed at our team yesterday because this damn 3 star was just commanding instead of fighting. By the time you get to that rank, you should be pretty good in all respects. He could have helped the team much more but was sitting under a canopy for the whole round.
I watched a few videos to get better at certain parts i was lacking at (choppers/jets)
I watched wake island chownage 2 (good job chodda) and now i tv like a pro (imo)
Videos are great to learn

A decent commander can contribute 3 x what a normal player can do a battlefield.DesertFox423 wrote:

Figures based on what I think, therefore are probably not reliable
Anyway, this is what I used to do, although I do know that rank means little it stands to reason that a 2nd Lt is going to be better than a gunnery sergeant. I used to join squads with high rankers in, see what they do and integrate similar aspects of their game into my own, I'm far from good now, but I'm better than I was.
I play in the Jolt.co.uk #4 server and I tend to squad up with the 3star Gen called SPUDDY. there have a couple other people who regularly come in the squad, such as nordiste, lord-varco, affleck, sgt_heartman and various others.
We are quite the p00nage squad, so if you ever come up against us, beware!
