With the exception of the text, that photo isn't altered. I didn't want to include the text, but it was just the easiest way of finding a copy of it. I originally found the picture on Reuters. And no, I didn't add the caption.

That picture was taken from Bush's visit to China, i believe.

He was about to leave, and the door wouldnt open when he pulled it, so he stood there like a nub for what seemed like 20 minutes with that smirk on his face

The photo looks altered to me. His skin tone on his face doesn match that of his neck and ears. But I do remember seeing him try to open the door and it not open lol.
