You're all fools for spending large amounts of money on customs and store boughts. Get an abacus. Or better, yet, build one at home. It's always better to make it yourself and it's easy.

all the aliens I have come across (mine and friends) have been rock solid, my laptop is now almost a year old with only a few software related crashes from crappy code, you know, games like that one, umm bf2 i think is what they call it, you know, crashes to desktop but everything else still runnnig, but not a single crash on the hardware or OS, plz god at least tell me you got the respawn option if you spent that much

I was gonna buy an alienware, but they were so damn expensive that I did some research, and built and customized my own with equal or better parts for about $1200 less. Only problem I've had is I regret going for the Maxtor HD.

I'm canadian, and with taxes and warranty, thats how you get 4000 per machine

I also got a whole bunch of extras, keyboards, speakers, monitors, mice...
I just didn't post all that because they have nothing to do with the computer starting up

I also got a AEGIS physics card

Erm, just in case - they do if they're not plugged in...

If it's not that simple - do you have 'trading standards' in your country? If so, phone Alienware, tell them they either agree to collect their three unfit-for-purpose machines and issue a full refund or your next phone call is to 'trading standards'... if that doesn't work, put the phone down and phone 'trading standards'...

I actually ordered 3 dell xps's originally, but becuase they took so long to send the damn things, i cancelled the order just to show them I can't wait for 3 months for their shit. So I decided to get alienware which is clearly a big fucking mistake, seeing as how im out 12000.
If you order a Dell XPS, your soul is condemned to Hell for all eternity.
I thought Dell owned Alienware?
They do.  They acquired Alienware March 22 '06.  Google Dell/Alienware.  Rival Hewlett Packard has just acquired Voodoo PC which is another high-end OEM PC builder.

Now this is a very interesting read about a computer hardware review site showing you the trials and tribulations of purchasing a Dell XPS (from ordering to receiving tech support).  Must read if you are going to go the Dell route.  The tech support (or lack there of) is unbelieveable.

anyways the problem is probobly you are pulling too much electricity from one outlet... not enough juice to power all 3 rigs fully so all you get is the little stuff... lol either ur house is gonna be ghetto and have extension cords all over the place or ur just gonna have 3 alienware rigs scattered about your house... in the kitchen "ooo i think ill play some bf2 while i make breakfast... in the bathroom "oooo ill play bf2 while i take a crap"... its like a dream come true...
