OK, I was playing at Karkand and saw a team of snipers on top of the Hotel and I know for a fact that you can't legitimately get up there. I only have the name of one: SharpSh0oter1o7 and have screenshots both of him killing me and me killing him. Is there any way I can report him or anything.

Do you mean *on top* of the hotel, or the building right beside hotel, which you can get on if you time your jump right from the building next to it.

Either way, hes not cheating.

Didn't you hear? DICE gave snipers jetpacks in 1.4 because the sniper whined that they couldn't get to good sniping spots easily.

Step 2: Throw down 5 packs of c4 on top of each other
