You shouldn't need to specify it. The patcher should find it itself, based on a registry key that contains the install dir (see HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Battlefield 2, there should be InstallDir key, with full path to your bf2.exe).spin wrote:

I have done the same, my OS drive is on C, and my BF2 game directory is on E.lehter wrote:

I've installed on other drives myself, and always patching has worked.
Have you by any chance done any rearrangements to your drives? Reordering, adding new ones etc? That may sometimes cause incorrect drive letters to be assigned, pushing everything off the cliff.
