Now before you go "Anti-noob" on me because you thought i havent looked at UBAR or the FAQs. You're wrong. Ive checked them all and unless ive missed something; Im still confused over it.
This is what my stats are at:

But I cannot raise rank. Ive tried waiting for them, logging out and logging in again ect. And I cannot seem to get it right. Other people on the server I was playingon did rank up. So its not that.. what else could it be?
Please help.
