I think your caps lock key is stuck. Fix that, then see what happens.

u need to get the 20 supply points in a round AFTER 100 hours

You need 100 hours dude. You don't have a link to your stats but based on the extrememly NOOBISH nature of your question, I doubt you have 10 hours in as Support.
You do know there is an IAR requirement don't you?

first you have to get 100 houres, only THEN go for the IAR (in a round) requirements like 20 supply points or 40 kills. Good luck!
