Rare-Medium Rare. I always used to eat it Well done, but lately ive changed to these two and now I enjoy it so much more.

'Blue'... never heard of that one. I'd venture a guess it's close to what I call a Blowtorch Steak.

medium, just abit of pink in the middle. recently i had the thickest cut of meat ever and it didnt cook well in the middle, i ended up chewing through it and there was all blood and it was to fleshy. turned me off. so i just stick with medium now, just in case.
anyone who puts a steak in a frying pan deserved nothing less than rape and death. I'm sorry, but I have draw the line. some things are just morally unallowable.
