I don't post in this section very often. In fact, this might be my first post here. However, I'm in a mood to get flamed, so do your worst.
I've always thought it would be a good idea to be able to actually "kill" someone when they're already critically wounded. So instead of it saying "You have been critically wounded..." it would say "You have been killed...". Then, the person would not be able to be revived and it would be an immediate loss of one ticket to the opposing team.
The maneuver should require you to stand directly over the person who has been wounded. You would then need to either knife them or shoot them in the head twice. I could see an extra point being awarded for executing someone, but I don't think an extra point is needed.
