Ok , the fan is like its running 100% speed all the time, tried rivatuner but seems to hae no effect on the fan speed? i notice no dip in sound or anything. maybe because i have the latest drivers 91.47?

The 6800 gs card isn't that a laptop card? its the same one i am using in my laptop i don't tend to have any overheating problem with mine.(I leave my laptop on for days at a time).
I installed some new drivers lately but its the 91.37 i have on mine not the newer one.
