Need help testing memory/RAM (memtest86)

G'day,

I need help with a program called memtest86. Ive read the readME and it is all gibberish to me. How do I test my computers ram to see if there is anything wrong with it? How do I use memtest86?

It's a bootable .iso file.

In other words, burn it on a CD and change your BIOS-settings boot sequence so that your CD/DVD drive is first . Presto!
