hey guys this might be a stupid question but im just wondering what does IAR mean ??

as alote of my badges etc that i need to get now say like 45 IAR team points IAR 26 mins in a squad 40 team points ...

is IAR a side like americans or the other

means: u have to do this in one round, like ur 45 team points...
