Because my cpu is OC'ed to 3.78 GHz and its only running at 56.5 degrees celcius...
is there something wrong with my bios?

i checked it after 2  1/2 hours of bf2.

or i must have a bad ass heatsink/fan....?

is there an external cpu heat monitor? im gonna need a second opinion on this one.

btw, its a Intel Pentium4 3.4GHz HT.

That's... quite warm. Really warm. My P4 is at 30C right now and I think 60C is the damage threshold for Pentiums IIRC.

yeah.... after hard core gaming... it idles at 38.

I think my CPU runs at 70 celcius......... my laptop one with fans at the base, hence me using jenga blocks to increase airflow...

That is a little high, nothing to be overly concerned about. Understand that although it may not be immediately damaging, running at higher temp overall can shorten the lifetime of your CPU. A heat sink is a cheap easy way to reduce temps. Mine runs between 28c-35c .
