Will it reduce my loading time or lag if I setup my hard drives with a raid 0?

Well, If you have Raid 0 then your harddrives will load infomation faster. So I guess to some extent, yeah.
It will help with load times and a bit with lag. (This should be in the tech forum.)

Already have 2 gig of Corsair Ultra low latency, ddr2 667 mhz, dual channel of course.
Only I feel like the bottleneck in my computer's performance is the hard drive and since I don't want to scrap everything if I can't gain anything out of it, I wanted some feedback first.
I usually am amongst the first in anyway and experience nearly no lag in game except when ping is too high. But if I can get my game running smoother then I will.

Since I feel that my HD is the bottleneck, putting an image of the CD on HD is out of the question.
Umm., ok. Whats in your PC besides the HDs?

If you go RAID 0, just know that if you have a hard drive failure, you will lose everything. Much safer to do it with a parody bit. Google it and you can make an educated decision on how you'd like to set it up.
