Whats with the IRC?

When I try to join I get this garbage:

#bf2s unable to join channel (channel is full)

How can a channel be full? Back in the summer during that whole "eon8" thing the channel never got full and it went well over 1000 people in it.

Mine says "This channel has reached its full capacity. You cannot join."

I never thought I'd see the day a channel that has peaked at 60 users could become "full".

EDIT: Now that I think about it, it's probably some op trying to be funny by putting the channel limit really low. Whoever did that, please take it off =/
