I've seen a lot of posts here by smacktards on the tactics they use to get someone out of their chopper - because it is "their" chopper , you know. Well, I had a fun experience last night beating one of these morons at their own game.

I was playing MEC on Sharqi and was playing infantry mostly. After getting killed I realized I hadn't seen the chopper flying around for awhile so I spawned at the beachhouse. When I did I, saw 1 guy getting into the chopper by himself. So, I called out "Need a pickup!" and proceeded to get into the gunner seat.

He just sat there for a bit (I'm assuming he was talking to his buddy on comms), but didn't say or message anything to me - i would have let him have it if he had told me he had a buddy. He then started up and proceeded to do a backflip. Knowing about this tactice I was able to parachute out in time before the chopper crashed to the ground. Result: Out team lost air support for an additional time period.

I then walked back up to the chopper spawn where the guy and his buddy were both now waiting. Again, I would have let them have it except for his smacktard behaviour previously. When the chopper spawned I was again in the gunner seat. This time he took off and flew towards the TV station, where most of the battle was. I was able to get a kill before he slammed the chopper into the side of the building. Result: we both died and our team lost air support again.

OK, I spawn back at the chopper pad and they are both waiting again. This time I was Spec Ops. I started laying down C4 (only to be an ass - I don't TK on purpose). They TKd me and took the chopper when it spawned. They lasted about 20 seconds.

There were a couple more TK incidents on their part...

OK, we're all three waiting for the chopper again. I again get the gunner seat. The pilot then flies towards the little island. But, I know he is about to pull something so I am furiously pushing the F1 key. Sure enough he land the chopper on the edge of the island so the chopper start to tilt and sink into the water. He jumped out and I immediately went into the pilot seat. I was able to fly the chopper out without too much damage. When I went to repair at the landing pad his buddy starting shooting me with the vodnik.

However, I was Engineer now. So I just flew to a corner of the map and repaired it myself. I then picked up a teammate to be my gunner. Whenever we took on damage I had to repair myslef because those two guys would start shooting us whenever we went to the chopper pad. They were there the whole rest of the round waiting.

Way to deal with assholes, nice job.

I had some asshat on Wake doing that for the Z-10. He already M-95'd me once. The second time i got gunner seat and of course he was the pilot. He hops out to M95 me again, so i quickly switched seats to pilot and took off. It was so great. then to top it off he says "BRING BACK MY FUCKING CHOPPER CBASS!!!!!"

Well, you said you went there because you didn't see any air support. When you got there, you quickly realized there were two people already working the chopper. You should have left it to them as soon as you realized you were not needed. Yes, they were smacktards and yes what you did to battle them as smacktards was a good way to handle it. But they were paired off and you were wedging yourself in so some of the smacktard behaviour is your responsibility.

Too bad you didn't have a buddy with you, then you should have been able to take your turn on the chopper without breaking up their partnership.

I like to jump in choppers that people land to repair, fly 20 feet up, then land again just to mess with them.

You didnt read the entire post. He clearly states there was only one guy there.

Those guys were just being jerks.  They should have supported their team by grabbing the chopper as soon as possible and getting into the battle.

Yeah there is alot of tards about, especially for choppers.Happened to me in the past guy just landed and wouldn't fly unless i got out,i hadn't even showed him i can actually gun so i jumped out and c4'd his ass.

Pisses me off  cus in the past if someone asks me i get out,but won't do it all the time as i think its unfair for only them to fly.

Anyhow glad of what you did dude serves them right for being smacktards.

I did. After I picked up a gunner and went back to repair after taking some damage they were still there shooting at us (took us down to 3 bars). My gunner, who was unaware of what transpired before, was messaging "WTF, Stop shooting at us!". I messaged back that they were trying to TK us for the chopper, but that it was OK because I was able to repair us. Then to top it off, I changed to a SL and asked for a supply drop in the remote field where I was repairing myself so we could also rearm.
