global score has nothing to do, I've commanded enough to know that, only the rank matters, i got beat by players with the same rank as mine just before getting a promotion many times, so it is very unprobable that the players had higher global scores than me.

As I said there, I have good reasons to think that when the ranks are the same, its the last one that applies that gets the commander spot, whatever are the player's global scores. Maybe some people can try this, go on an empty server with fresh accounts and apply many times trying diffenrent ways, like one can apply first one time and another one applies first the next time. Then, make a few points with an account and see if that account has an absolute priority or not on the commander spot. I'd like to hear about the results if someone tests it.
