So I was on the computer this morning, browsing BF2s and everything just fine, then I leave, turn my computer off, come back and I can get no Internet connection whatsoever. I can ping other machines just fine, both by ip and by name, so I'm pretty sure my dns is working, but when I try to renew my address through the command line instead of telling windows to repair my connection (though this also fails) it tells me it can't renew the ip because it can't find the DHCP. I'm not completely sure what that is, but I can't load any Internet pages whatsoever, aim fails to sign on, as does xfire, I can't connect to my steam account or BF2 account, or get on teamspeak, though I can ping the server that teamspeak is on. The only thing I know to do right now is reinstall windows, does anyone here have a clue?

Thanks guys

Well I just tried a system restore, but it wouldn't do it because it said nothing changed. I'm really lost, and would appreciate anything. I think I'm gonna go into BF2 withdrawl any minute now.
