i like the both alot but sg1 is still better, too bad sci fi canceled it
SG1 was alright, especially since Macguyver was in it , Macguyver was the shit.
Stargate SG1 was awesome seen every episode . Stargate Atlantis is also awesome just seen the lsat episode for this year
well better get your fill in next years sg-1, last we'll be getting
SG1 is better, more origional, however adlantis is good aswell, im on the last episode of seaon 1 waiting for dvd of season 2

wait till season 3 on atlantis. wow you learn some new things about the wraith (i won't spill don't worry) and about ronnin too
but sg1 was better before they lost funding (you can't tell me you havent noticed) but 10 years is a good stretch

I watched sg-1 on sky, not into my sci-fi but it's a good watch.
both series are awesome
I like both series. Probly SG1 moreso than atlantis but I think atlantis has gotten better since it started. To me, they both get owned by Battlestar Galactica. i still love the SGC tho...I guess its just campier. Like trying to watch 'Alias' after being a '24' fan. One thing that keeps me intrested is the fact that the humans arent the most advance so its more of a fight.
My preference is Stargate Atlantis for some of the wry humour.. imho, both are equally good with a different storyline focus
I seen all of um to date - I got the boxed set of SG1 not Atlantis yet. I just finished watching Series 3 Episode 10 - boy it was awesome and theres well I wont spoil it for you. I cant for for episode 11 wohoooo long live Stargate.

i have seasons 1-8 sg1 and season 1 of atlantis, waiting for more season 9 and 2 to come out on dvd now so i can get those as well[PTG]shogun wrote:

Ive got seasons 1-7 on boxset and the first of atlantis. I think i prefer SG-1 but they are both amazin!

SG1 all the way! Tilk and jack make it the film it is (Atlantis is cool too but not as much)
havent seen atlantis, but i like SG1. The stargete film that started it all is the best.
