Well, there is but not as many as elsewhere. And yes, we do have good balance, but to get that we need to pay world highest taxes. 30% of income and some other taxes depending on fortune and other stuff. But it makes it a wonderful country.
The tax rate in the US tops out at 35%, so it's not the highest...but of course you get much more bang for the buck (or Krone in this case) compared to the US.
I think one of the highest tax rates in the exponential taxing system in Finland. My dad payes taxes with over 50% of his income. It's not that high if you have lower income.
I wouldn't change the sytem though. No poor people anywhere and health care and shools are free for everyone.
It doesn't matter where you come from, you have the change to became anything. Same thing in Sweden as far as I remember, that's why I would move there if I had to
