This has gotta be one of the most common complaints, but i feel like ranting, so here goes...
I'm not complaining about the TKing going on in my story, I just want to point out how some people just have absolutely no common sense.
I was playing on Karkand 24/7 by UCS today, and autobalance was off. I was on USMC - the teams were 23 USMC to 8 MEC. Unfair, I know, but I'm working on getting my win ratio up so I can one day get that fabled War College Ribbon and be the happiest noob in noobtown. Anyways, the people on the MEC team were bitching and moaning about how the teams were unfair, so I pointed out the fact that they could do one of two things. A) Switch to the USMC team and get a win, although not many points, or B) leave the server altogether; if they're not going to switch and just going to bitch and moan, they can find a server with autobalance on. Now, to me these are the only two LOGICAL options.
Till 4 people jumped ship on the MEC team and starting calling me all kinds of obscenities. It wasn't so bad - I don't really give 2 shits what people call me. It wasn't even all that annoying where they would search me out on the map just to TK me, wherever I was. They would also TK anyone in sight. I told them it didn't bother me - they got the negative score for it and all I needed was time to play anyways - since I'm going for the Legion of Merit Ribbon right now, and need a few hours for it, and I'm not too concerned about my K/D ratio, I let them have at it.
My problem is this - in order to TK me they had to come to USMC, which they were QUITE adamant against to begin with. Instead of taking my obvious wisdom as positive, they flip their shit on me. After about 2 rounds of it, they just gave up TKing everyone and just stuck to TKing me - <i>while killing members of the opposite team, which they were fighting for to begin with</i>. I'm confused.
Maybe they should implement something in this game where you can't play unless you're 18 years old? These 12 year old kids just drive me up the walls sometimes...
