BF2S Forums need help with installing 1.12 patch..

ok so i got bf2 just now and i'm trying to install the dam 1.12 patch but i'm having problem..

whenever i double click at the bf2 1.12 patch exe, nothing happens !

i tried redownloading and running at safe mode but nothing seems to help

somebody help me ~

EDIT:
i got it working now but i got another problem now

when i run the patch, it says i need 3000mb or more space but i have 4.5 gig left on my D !

somebody help please
