How about Jimmy gets totally owned by Bob in a round, so next round Jimmy goes on a personal vendetta against Bob and hunts him down all round.

No, it's not obvious. It means they had a little in game competition of who could kill each other the most.
If the amount of those kills is high, then it's a sign of padding. If Jimmy killed Bob 6 times and Bob returned the favor, then you're fine. If Jimmy killed Bob 659 times and Bob[Knife]Jimmy just as much, then you've got padding.
EDIT: Damn you doctor, beat me to it. Whatever, at least I've got jimmy and bob.
And by that I mean chicken.

No not awfully defensive, just trying to give the other side a voice, im a quality manager and it pays to see things from both sides of the fence. Potentially someone could be reset because they had suspicous stats and people started calling names.
